Previously, you should have completed the steps listed bellow on the customization letter, and note down each measure in the blanks reserved for this. If your request is not a particular model of our cart, you have to choose skin tone from those shown on the cart.
Shortly you will receive an email at the address provided by you, indicating how to make the payment, the exact amount of your order and the estimated delivery time.

1. Steps
- Choose the leather colour on the charts provided. You can download it by clicking the following link.
- Download the customization form by clicking the following link.
- Fill in the blankswith all the information required to complete the strap or holder of your option.
- Remember to specify the model of your choice
- Let us know if you are going to use your own buckle or deployment clasp
- If you are not sure about any of the measures required to make your tailored strap, please go to the guide provided in this link or feel free to contact us.
- Send the form to pedidos@mustangstraps.com
- Let us know if you prefer to make your payment with paypal or money transfer.
- We will answer your mail with information about the total price of your order, how to make the payment, and estimated delivery time of your item.
- Once your strap is finished, we will send it to your address and we will give you the tracking number of your parcel.
2. Payment
Once you have filled up the order form, you will be asked to do the payment using PayPal or wire transfer. We want you to realise that the manufacturing process of your order will only start once you made the payment because it is a product tailor-made for you and not a general item to be offered to any other person.
3. Shipping
Inside the European Union and the rest of the World, we will ship using Priority Mail or the Courier chosen for you. Please contact us previously, to let you know the cost of the shipping.
